In order to effectively process your request, Cuebiq is required to validate the identity of the individual making the request as well as their ownership of the mobile advertising ID. This ensures the privacy and security of your information. Please provide the following: If you are an iOS user, this is your Identifier for Advertising (IDFA) and if you are a Google Android user this is your Google Advertising Identifier (GAID).
Apple users: Apple does not provide users with native access to their IDFA currently. It can be viewed by using third-party apps. To find your IDFA, you may check the App Store and download an app that will allow you to retrieve your advertising ID. Please review app terms carefully prior to downloading. Cuebiq is not responsible for third-party apps.
Google users: To view your GAID, go to Settings on your Android device and click on Privacy>Advanced>Ads. Your Advertising Identifier will be listed at the bottom of the screen.

Are You an Authorized Agent Submitting a Request on Behalf of a California Resident?(Required)

If yes, you must provide us with a copy of the signed designation form giving you as the authorized agent the right to submit the request on the California resident's behalf. You must also verify your own identity directly with us. The form can be found here.
