The ultimate goal was to encourage guests to engage in active promotions and drive visitors to its casino locations.

Results

Advertising 100% in the company’s mobile application, Cuebiq measured a cost per incremental visit (CPIV) of only $1.46, a profitable range to attract newcomers. Those exposed to the campaign also visited the physical location at a 5% higher rate than those not targeted. According to the foot traffic reporting, the campaign’s influence had a significant impact, with a 7.10% lift in incremental projected in-casino visits, with 80% of these from people who were not loyal to these locations.
